She faced multiple consumer forum cases and even police complaints filed by distressed customers whose vehicles had failed and whose warranty support was missing. The pressure affected both business stability and personal peace.
But instead of stepping back, she made a defining decision.

She trained herself in EV systems, diagnostics, and root-cause analysis. Slowly, she began hiring technicians and training them with the same discipline — diagnosis first, clarity before repair, and system before guesswork.
