These Terms & Conditions govern your use of EVXPERTZ services for two-wheeler electric vehicle (2W EV) spares, parts, and maintenance services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Note: These Terms apply to all sales of 2W EV components (batteries, motors, controllers) and services (repairs, diagnostics) provided by EVXPERTZ.

7-day return policy for defective items

Pricing

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST.

Appointments

Accurate vehicle details (make, model, year)
50% advance payment for major repairs
24-hour cancellation notice for full refund

Warranty: We provide 90-day warranty on all repairs against workmanship defects.

04 Warranty

Warranties

Standard warranty coverage:

Batteries: 18 months or 20,000 km
Motors: 24 months or 30,000 km
Controllers: 12 months

Warranty void if: Installed by unauthorised personnel, modified, or damaged by accidents.

05 Liability

EVXPERTZ is not liable for:

Consequential damages from product use
Improper installation by third parties
Battery performance under extreme conditions
