About the role
Battery Engineer – Testing, Analysis & Battery Solutions. The engineer will work on EV battery diagnostics, battery health assessment, performance analysis, BMS evaluation, failure analysis and development of practical battery repair and reliability solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform EV battery testing and diagnostic analysis
- Evaluate battery health, performance and degradation
- Analyze cell voltage, internal resistance, voltage sag and temperature data
- Diagnose BMS-related issues
- Analyze battery failure patterns
- Support battery repair and pack-level validation
- Prepare technical reports and diagnostic findings
- Support development of battery testing and assessment procedures
- Maintain detailed battery records
- Follow EVXpertz battery safety procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with service and diagnostic teams on complex battery cases
Who can apply
B.Tech / M.Tech - Electrical, Electronics, EV or related field
Battery / BMS Experience Preferred
Lithium-ion Battery Experience is a Plus
Strong Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills
