About the role
EV Technician – Service, Diagnostics & Repairs. The technician will handle EV inspection, servicing, fault diagnosis, electrical troubleshooting, component testing, repair and post-service validation for electric vehicles. The role requires practical knowledge of EV systems, diagnostic tools and systematic troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Perform EV inspection and servicing
- Diagnose electrical and electronic faults
- Troubleshoot wiring, connectors, sensors, motors, controllers and other EV components
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Carry out component replacement and repair
- Conduct post-repair testing and validation
- Maintain accurate digital job cards and service records
- Follow EVXpertz SOPs, safety procedures and quality standards
- Maintain workshop tools and equipment
- Escalate complex technical issues when required

ITI / Diploma Candidates
EV Service Experience Preferred
Automotive Service Experience is a Plus
