We didn't start with a grand plan to build an EV service ecosystem. We started by selling EVs.
2022 — VAYU MOTORS EV retail & dealership. And then came the reality. Vehicle failures. Warranty problems. Customers struggling to find the right technical support. Service gaps that nobody seemed to own. That changed everything.
2023 — THE PIVOT. Instead of asking, “How do we sell more EVs?” we started asking, “Why are EVs failing—and what happens after they fail?” That question took us from selling EVs to understanding them.
2023–24 — SERVICE CAPABILITY. We built capabilities in EV repair, diagnostics, battery repair & analysis, and root-cause analysis. But one vehicle was never the real problem. The ecosystem was.
2024–25 — EVXPERTZ. We evolved into a multi-brand EV platform bringing together service, spares, battery intelligence, and diagnostics.
2025 — THE ECOSYSTEM. We expanded beyond workshop repair into fleet support, technician training, battery health, and technical intelligence.
2026 — THE NETWORK. The next evolution: a scalable service network, franchise-led expansion, multiple service hubs, Hyderabad → Bengaluru → beyond. And now, we are building the next layer.
2026 — AI + PREDICTIVE DIAGNOSTICS. Because fixing a vehicle after it fails is only one part of reliability. The future is knowing what is failing, why it is failing, and what is likely to fail next. Battery Intelligence. Predictive Diagnostics. Fleet AI. Real-world technical data.
From a dealership to a workshop to a multi-brand service ecosystem to an intelligent EV reliability network. Our journey was never about selling more EVs. It became about making EVs more reliable.
