01 · The Beginning
Four years ago, Manju Verma began her EV journey as a dealer selling electric vehicles, at a time when India’s EV ecosystem was still raw and unstructured. The promise of electric mobility was strong, but the service backbone behind it was fragile.
Most OEMs were focused on importing, assembling, and selling vehicles through dealers. But when it came to after-sales service and warranty support , the system often collapsed due to lack of infrastructure, expertise, and ground readiness.
The impact of this gap fell directly on dealers — and on Manju.
She faced multiple consumer forum cases and even police complaints filed by distressed customers whose vehicles had failed and whose warranty support was missing. These were not just business challenges — they were emotional and personal battles . Standing between unhappy customers and unresponsive suppliers tested her resilience every single day. The pressure affected both business stability and personal peace.
02 · The Turning Point
But instead of stepping back, she made a defining decision .
She chose to face the reality, understand the root problem, and transform the challenge into direction.
The real issue was not just selling EVs — it was the absence of reliable service, diagnostics, and technical capability in the ecosystem.
From that moment, the path changed. She shifted gears completely toward service.
Day and night, she sat with vehicles, failures, technicians, and technical problems — learning, unlearning, and rebuilding from the ground up. She trained herself in EV systems, diagnostics, and root-cause analysis. Slowly, she began hiring technicians and training them with the same discipline — diagnosis first, clarity before repair, and system before guesswork .
03 · The Transformation
Gradually, the chaos turned into capability.
What once felt like a breakdown became a breakthrough . The very struggle that once threatened the business became the foundation of strength. Over time, EVXPERTZ developed real, field-tested capabilities in:
From stabilising a small service operation, the journey evolved into something larger — becoming part of the EV ecosystem backbone .
Today, EVXPERTZ supports not just individual customers, but also fleet operators — helping improve fleet efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance vehicle uptime through structured diagnostics and service intelligence.
04 · Proud Moments
Proud moments that mark the journey — recognition for the work, and a voice for India’s EV after-sales ecosystem.
Being selected for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women is a proud milestone — not only for Manju, but for every woman building hard, technical businesses in India’s electric mobility sector. The Program strengthens the same skills this journey demanded from day one: clarity, scale, and responsible growth.
Being quoted by the South China Morning Post carries that field experience onto a global stage — affirming that battery health, cybersecurity, and dependable after-sales are as critical as the vehicle itself.
As EV adoption grows, cybersecurity should be treated with the same importance as battery safety and vehicle reliability.
05 · Reflection
Looking back, the toughest phase became the greatest teacher .
I am grateful to the distressed customers who challenged us — without them, this capability, this clarity, and this mission would not have been possible.
Each day of that journey strengthened resilience, deepened technical understanding, and reinforced a single purpose — to build dependable EV support systems where none existed .
From dealer to service builder, from crisis to capability, from survival to system — this journey shaped EVXPERTZ into what it stands for today.
